Shaun Hammett has over twenty years of security experience and wanted to create a professional, transparent and multi-disciplined security business that could meet the ever-increasing needs of a national client base whilst adhering to the strict code set by the Security Industry Authority (SIA).

SALFS Security employees are supported by an experienced management team who have compiled a comprehensive and independently audited Health, Safety and Welfare policy and we are pleased to hold The SafeContractor Accreditation for security guards and Constructionline Gold membership.

All of our security guards are offered advancement opportunities internally, including free upskill training and additional training support. Our employees are regularly monitored to ensure that they work to the highest possible standards, have valid and up-to-date SIA licenses, and have the necessary rights to work within their specialist security sectors. All SALFS Security employees are regularly updated with the latest training modules related to their specific industry sectors, changes in legislation, and our own internal policies. This training is delivered at our own purpose-built training facility.  

Whilst our businesses headquarters are located in Ipswich, we carry out operations throughout the UK for a variety of national, regional, and local clients from various industry sectors. 

We're proud to have a fleet of electric vehicles, consciously making 'greener' business decisions for more sustainable security operations.
